Kammok Crosswing Shade Panel
Kammok Crosswing Shade Panel
The Kammok Crosswing Shade Panel is a side sun wall that hangs off the faceplate of your Crosswing Car Awning. The awning shades straight down. This panel walls off the low sun and sideways rain that the roof alone lets through, so you keep your shade when the sun drops in the afternoon. It runs on 210D polyester ripstop with a 1200mm PU coating, so it sheds both.
Setup is knotless. Aluminum toggles clip the top edge to the awning faceplate. The bottom edge stakes at three points, one in each corner and one in the middle, using integrated guy lines with line-lock adjusters. Drop those lines low to angle the wall toward the sun, or pull them tight on rough terrain. Three aluminum ground anchors come in the box, and the panel rolls into its own attached storage bag so it stays with the awning.
It is size-matched to the awning. The 5 Ft panel measures 55.5 by 78 inches and weighs 1.1 lb; it fits the 5 Ft Crosswing Car Awning only. The 7 Ft panel measures 83.25 by 78 inches and weighs 1.5 lb; it fits the 7 Ft awning only. Match the panel to your awning size when you order.

Do I need to match the panel size to my awning?
Yes. The 5 Ft panel fits only the 5 Ft Crosswing Car Awning, and the 7 Ft panel fits only the 7 Ft. Order the size that matches the awning you already run.
How does it attach? Do I have to tie knots?
No knots. The top edge clips to the awning faceplate with aluminum toggles. The bottom edge stakes at three points using integrated guy lines with line-lock adjusters, so you set tension and angle without rigging anything.
Can I leave it up in the rain?
Yes. The 210D ripstop carries a 1200mm PU coating, so it sheds sun and sideways rain. Let it dry before you pack it into the storage bag. Like the awning itself, retract it in winds over 25 mph.
What comes in the box?
One shade panel, three aluminum ground anchors, and an attached storage bag. The guy lines are integrated, so there is nothing extra to buy to set it up.
Does it block the low sun the awning roof misses?
That is what it is for. The overhead awning shades straight down; this panel hangs off the faceplate to wall off low sun and rain coming in from the side. Angle it lower on the guy lines to chase the sun as it drops.
