- No sugar, no soy, no MSG, no added preservative
- Fits carnivore, keto, and low-carb eating without a caveat
- Beef-forward flavor rather than marinade-forward

- Made in small batches by HFM Farm at their USDA-inspected facility in Jacksonville, Florida
Use cases
This is the pick for anyone eating to a strict panel — carnivore, keto, Whole30-style elimination — and for cooking, where a marinated jerky would fight the dish. Chop it into eggs, salads, or a pot of beans, or eat it out of the bag. It's also the neutral option when you're buying for a group and don't know what people avoid.

What's actually in it?
Beef, water, and Redmond Real Salt. That is the complete list.
Is this the only flavor without MSG?
Yes — every other jerky on HFM Farm's shelf lists monosodium glutamate as an ingredient. Carnivore Jerky and Carnivore Chicken Jerky are the two exceptions.
Does it work for keto or carnivore diets?
Yes. With no sugar and no marinade there are no hidden carbohydrates, and nothing in it falls outside a carnivore or keto plan.
How does it taste compared to the marinated flavors?
Plainer and more beef-forward. The marinated flavors get most of their character from the sauce; this one doesn't have a sauce, so what you taste is the meat and the salt. That's the point, but it's a different eating experience — if you want flavor, buy Monty's Original or one of the teriyakis.
Does it come in a 3-pack?
No. Carnivore Jerky is sold as a single 2 oz bag. The 3-pack option exists on several of the marinated beef flavors.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
Not sealed — shelf-stable and fine in a hot vehicle. Once open, refrigerate and eat within 7 days. Use it by the date printed on the package.
Who makes this?
HFM Farm — Joey and Brandi Federico of Jacksonville, Florida, in small batches at their USDA-inspected facility.
