The ARB Single Motor Portable 12V Air Compressor is a medium-duty tankless unit that pushes 100 PSI max and pulls up to 32 amps off your 12V battery. Free flow is 3.08 CFM, dropping to 2.34 CFM at 29 PSI, so it airs up a mid-size truck or SUV tire from 20 to 40 PSI in about two minutes. One motor handles both jobs overlanders ask of it: activating ARB Air Lockers and inflating tires.

It runs a 50% duty cycle, 30 minutes on and 30 off at 72°F, with internal thermal protection if it ever runs hot. The whole kit lives in a weatherproof, impact-resistant polypropylene case with a 19 ft air hose, battery clamps, wiring, and the fittings you need. Rated IP55, it shrugs off trail dust and light rain. Single-motor means it is lighter to carry and slower than a twin on 37s, but for one rig and a four-tire airdown-airup cycle it is the right tool.

The unit weighs about 15.4 lb and measures 14.0 x 12.1 x 7.2 in in the case. Backed by a 3-year warranty.
