Air System Manifold
Air System Manifold
The EZ FLATE Air System Manifold is a single control block that handles airing tires down and back up. It carries a built-in digital PSI gauge, a slide valve for flow, and universal push-to-connect couplers so you swap lines without threading fittings. The manifold replaces the tangle of single-line hoses most rigs carry with one tool that reads live pressure as you work.
Run all four tires off the same manifold and watch one gauge instead of moving a pencil gauge tire to tire. Slide the valve up to open flow, down to close it. The digital gauge runs on 2 AAA batteries (included) and shuts off on its own after one minute, so a forgotten read doesn't drain the cells. When you're done, open the gauge to bleed any leftover pressure before you pack it.
The couplers are sized for standard air lines and connect by push, not wrench, which keeps trailhead setup and takedown fast. If your existing hose kit doesn't already carry the matching fittings, select "Yes" at checkout to add 2 I/M plugs and teflon tape to thread onto your lines.

Overview
The Air System Manifold is EZ FLATE's airflow control block for tire deflation and inflation. A digital PSI gauge, a slide valve, and universal push-to-connect couplers live on one unit, so you manage pressure across multiple lines without juggling separate hoses and gauges.
Key features
- Digital PSI gauge — fast, live pressure reads; auto-off after 1 minute
- Slide valve — up to open airflow, down to close it
- Universal push-to-connect couplers — line swaps without threading fittings
- Powered by 2 AAA batteries — included; field-replaceable
- Optional fitting kit — add 2 I/M plugs + teflon tape at checkout for hose kits lacking the connectors
Use cases
Air all four tires down evenly before a trail run, then air back up at the pump — one valve, one gauge. The manifold replaces a bundle of single-line hoses with a single push-to-connect block, which cuts setup and takedown time at the trailhead.
- Gauge: Digital PSI readout, auto-off after 1 minute
- Flow control: Slide valve (up = open, down = close)
- Couplers: Universal push-to-connect quick couplers
- Power: 2 × AAA batteries (included)
- Optional add-on: 2 × I/M plugs + teflon tape ("Yes" variant)
- Ship weight: 907 g (2 lb)
Does the manifold inflate tires or only deflate them?
Both. The slide valve opens and closes airflow in either direction, and the digital gauge reads live PSI, so you use the same tool to air down at the trailhead and air back up at the pump.
Will the couplers fit my existing hose kit?
The couplers are universal push-to-connect and sized for standard air lines. If your hose kit doesn't already have the matching fittings, select "Yes" at checkout to add 2 I/M plugs and teflon tape to thread onto your lines.
Does it need batteries or a power source?
The digital gauge runs on 2 AAA batteries, which are included. It shuts off on its own after one minute to preserve them, so a forgotten read won't drain the cells.
Do I need to do anything before storing it?
Yes — open the gauge when you finish to bleed leftover pressure before packing it. Storing it pressurized stresses the seals; venting it first is the habit to keep.
How do I keep the gauge reading accurately?
The gauge is digital, so accuracy depends on battery health. If reads start to drift, swap in fresh AAAs. The auto-off feature means the cells last a long time under normal use.
