Does the manifold inflate tires or only deflate them?
Both. The slide valve opens and closes airflow in either direction, and the digital gauge reads live PSI, so you use the same tool to air down at the trailhead and air back up at the pump.
Will the couplers fit my existing hose kit?
The couplers are universal push-to-connect and sized for standard air lines. If your hose kit doesn't already have the matching fittings, select "Yes" at checkout to add 2 I/M plugs and teflon tape to thread onto your lines.
Does it need batteries or a power source?
The digital gauge runs on 2 AAA batteries, which are included. It shuts off on its own after one minute to preserve them, so a forgotten read won't drain the cells.
Do I need to do anything before storing it?
Yes — open the gauge when you finish to bleed leftover pressure before packing it. Storing it pressurized stresses the seals; venting it first is the habit to keep.
How do I keep the gauge reading accurately?
The gauge is digital, so accuracy depends on battery health. If reads start to drift, swap in fresh AAAs. The auto-off feature means the cells last a long time under normal use.
