Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Bar (Black 59 in)

The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Bar is a 59 in (1500mm) crossbar built from structural-grade anodized aluminum with an internal H-shaped extrusion that adds strength without much weight. The bar carries a wing-shaped aero profile instead of a square one, so air flows over it cleaner. A grooved VGS rubber strip seats in the top channel to break up that airflow further, which cuts the wind whistle and drag you get from a blunt bar at highway speed.

This is the aero bar in the Vortex line, tuned for a quiet ride and lower drag. If you haul max weight more than you care about cabin noise, look at the Vortex Heavy Duty bar instead. The aero bar still pulls real overland duty: the assembled Vortex system is rated 165 lb (75 kg) on-road and 82 lb (37 kg) off-road across the pair, evenly loaded. Your true ceiling is whichever is lower of that rating, the legs you mount on, or your roof's limit.

Sold as a single bar with end caps and the VGS strip in the box. Most setups run two, so order the count your vehicle needs. Legs and feet are sold separately and matched to your rig. The black anodized finish keeps it low-key on a dark roof.
