Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty Bar - Black 59 in

The Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty Bar is a single 59 in (1500mm) crossbar built for max load. The profile is a narrow 40mm H-section of extruded structural aluminum, finished in black. It carries about 165 lb (75kg) per bar, so it's the choice when you're hauling a rooftop tent or a stacked load of heavy gear, not just a couple kayaks.

This is the load horse of the Rhino-Rack lineup. The wide Vortex aero bar is built for a quiet, low-drag highway ride; the Heavy Duty bar trades that aero shape for a thick, steel-tough section that shrugs off rough trail use and heavy static weight. The narrow top also leaves more usable clamp room for accessory channels and mounts.
