The ICECO VL35 ProS is a single-zone 12V fridge/freezer with 37QT (35L) of cold storage. It is the smallest box in the VL Pro single-zone line, at 28.1 x 15.9 x 15.7 inches and 48.6 pounds empty. The single zone adjusts anywhere from 0°F to 50°F, so you can run it as a deep freezer at 0°F or a fridge around 38°F. It is one zone, not two, so you pick fridge or freezer for the whole box at a time.
Power is the flexible part. It runs on 12V or 24V DC straight from your vehicle or a power station, or on 110-240V AC through the built-in adapter when you are parked at the house. A SECOP compressor pulls about 1.76A on average at 12V and works out to roughly 0.43 to 0.51 kWh over a full day in 60-85°F weather. MAX mode cools fast when you are driving and charging; ECO mode trims the draw for solar and battery days. There is a USB port for charging a phone (DC power only) and 3-level battery protection that cuts the compressor before it can flatten your starter battery, then restarts once voltage recovers.
The shell is hardened steel with a removable handle and a reversible lid that opens from either side or lifts off completely with no tools. The compressor keeps cooling on a tilt up to 40 degrees, so washboard and grades do not stop it. Inside is a removable basket that swallows items up to 11 inches tall, an LED light, and a drain plug for cleanup. At 15.7 inches tall it tucks under many truck tonneau covers, though clearance varies, so measure yours. It ships with AC and DC cables and a spare-parts kit, and the SECOP compressor is backed by a 5-year warranty.
